Horse Mackerel

Horse Mackerel gets its name because it is actually a cross-breed between a makerel fish and a horse. Bred on the terrestrial part of Atlantis, these creatures are very expensive and may only be obtained on the fourth thursday of every other month ending in 'uary'. Due to their high viscosity and low volitility, they are stored in the Krusty Sushi janitorial closet until ripe and are mailed seasonally.
