Tuna

Stuff of Champions. Second to only Salmon (sake) as the greatest fish there is. You may have noticed that we do not sell salmon on the site, that's because we would not want to decicrate the hallowed image of such a marvelous delicacy. Tuna, on the other hand, encrustulates well. See? I've gone to a sushi restaurant and had iffy tuna before. It was no fun, and looked much like this here picture. You may feel fairly confident that when you recieve your tuna, it will be very krusty. Very krusty indeed.
