Marinated Mackerel

Maranated Mackerel is much like Horse Mackerel, but marinated instead of horsed. Hmmm. Nobody is quite sure what type of marinade is used, so it is safe to assume that is is pickle brine. Also, nobody is sure about the marination's effects on the fish's state when shipped without ice. It is safe to assume that marinates stuff lasts longer, and thus the shipping time will be adjusted accordingly to maintain the desired level of krust for the customer.
