The Northeast Rugby Union (NRU) is one of the
seven territories in the USA Rugby organizational structure.

We have a two division competitive structure.  
Our DI teams are Beantown , BostonNew York  and Keystone.  
The four teams play a competitve league schedule in the Fall to
determine the seeding for the Spring NRU DI championship.

Our DII is used to provide a fair competitive structure for our clubs from smaller
metropolitan areas and to develop additional DI quality teams.  
It is LAU based.  Fall LAU play determines the seeds for the Spring NRU DII championship.  
The LAU's represented are
Metropolitan New York (MetNY),
New England (NERFU) , NewYork State (NYS)

DIRECTIONS:

Directions to Lincoln Park in Albany-

>From the West:
NYS Thruway east to exit 23. After the toll booth, take I-787 North.
Take 787 to the Madison Ave exit, about 1/2 mile. Proceed up Madison
Ave, take a left onto Eagle Street. Lincoln Park is on the right hand
side a 1/4 mile past the Governor's Mansion.

>From the East & Taconic State Parkway:
NYS Thruway (I-90, Berkshire Spur) to exit B-1, I-90 West toward
Albany. After crossing the river, exit to I-787 South. Stay on I-787
South to the Madison Ave exit, about 1/2 mile. Proceed up Madison Ave,
take a left onto Eagle Street. Lincoln Park is on the right hand side a
1/4 mile past the Governor's Mansion.

>From the North:
I-87 (Northway) South to exit 1E, I-90 East toward Albany. Exit onto
I-787 South(if you crossed the river, you missed it!!!!). Stay on I-787
South to the Madison Ave exit, about 1/2 mile. Proceed up Madison Ave,
take a left onto Eagle Street. Lincoln Park is on the right hand side a
1/4 mile past the Governor's Mansion.

>From the South:
NYS Thruway north to exit 23. After the toll booth, take I-787 North.
Take 787 to the Madison Ave exit, about 1/2 mile. Proceed up Madison
Ave, take a left onto Eagle Street. Lincoln Park is on the right hand
side a 1/4 mile past the Governor's Mansion.
